Join the excitement at Flite Fest—your opportunity to showcase and sell your products to a vibrant audience of kids, families, aviation enthusiasts, and hobbyists of all ages!

Vendor Responsibilities: Provide your own tent, tables, chairs, table covers, and any additional materials needed for your exhibit.

Fee: The cost for an exhibitor space is $325. This flat fee covers participation for any or all days of the event.

Flite Test Provides:

• Dedicated exhibitor space measuring 10' x 20'.
• Power supply as needed (please specify your power requirements in advance).

Important Details:

• Camping spaces may be available – vendor and camping spaces are sold separately.
• Setup begins Thursday morning. Early setup is available with prior approval from Flite Test staff.
• Vendors can purchase multiple exhibitor spaces (a maximum of 2 spaces per vendor unless approved otherwise).

• Help create an amazing experience by respecting fellow exhibitors and attendees.
• Flite Test reserves the right to approve or decline any vendor application to ensure a positive and appropriate experience for all attendees.
